Diecast Key Rings

The Diecasting process offers the ability to produce designs that are not possible or economical by the Stamping method. Designs that incorporate cut through wording/images or 3 dimensional logos are best suited to Diecast manufacturing. If the thickness of the Key Ring is an issue then Diecasting is the answer. A standard Stamped Key Ring is commonly made with a thickness of up to 2mm however 4-5mm can be easily achieved through Diecast manufacturing. |

Set-up costs are typically more expensive than a Stamped Key Ring but this is offset by the lower unit costs which suits orders of larger quantities where the set-ups can be amortised over the total number of pieces. All plating finishes are available however Antique Finishes are generally preferred. The back of the Key Ring can incorporate an additional a message and can be Consecutively Numbered if required. |
